1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service offered by 125 ph at https://125ph.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of 125 ph, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses any part of the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on 125 ph. Registering multiple accounts may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential at all times. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 125 ph immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 125 ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with others.
125 ph may require identity verification at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
By using 125 ph, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to the platform at any time.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use software tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity through the platform.
- Accessing the platform using bots, scrapers, automated systems, or any method not intended for normal user access.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's software, content, or design.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff.
- Using the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation of the Philippines or your jurisdiction.
125 ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on 125 ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PHP unless otherwise stated on the platform.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. 125 ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation. 125 ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's help documentation. The platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
125 ph does not offer credit or loans to users. You may only play with funds that are already in your account balance. Chargeback requests made to payment providers in bad faith may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability
125 ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 125 ph makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
125 ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, incorrect odds, or delays in processing. This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
Online gaming involves financial risk. 125 ph does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or bet. All participation is at the user's own risk. Users are advised to only wager amounts they can afford to lose and to review our Responsible Gaming Policy.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
125 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete required identity or age verification.
- At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Where required by applicable law or regulatory order.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 125 ph may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the user's request and no breach has occurred, any verified account balance will be returned through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines and verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 125 ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of 125 ph or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 125 ph.
Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to legal liability.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
125 ph may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 125 ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
